  1. Is my loft suitable for conversion?
    It is not always feasible or practical to convert some lofts, a site visit can quickly establish whether the necessary height in your loft is suitable for conversion. Apex Attics offer a FREE feasibility study to potential customers, this involves a visit from one of our surveyors. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
  2. What about Planning Permission do I need it?
    In most cases Loft Conversions do not require Planning Permission. A Loft Conversion can be built under Permitted Development Rights. Once Loft in Space have fully assessed your property we can then give you a more formal decision.
  3. What types of building work do you do?
    Albion Lofts specialise in loft and roof conversions, we have also undertaken many forms of buildings jobs form small single story extensions to large multi-storey building projects, get in touch to discuss your project.
  4. What insurance do you have to carry out the work on my property?
    As professional builders working in the trade for over 20 years, both the company and all our subcontracted tradesmen have full public liability insurance.
  5. Will we need to move out during construction?
    No. Most of the work will be done from the outside until we fit the staircase and by this time the structure will be fully secured.
  6. Are your workmen fully trained?
    All out workmen are very experienced having worked with us on many projects and they are very professional in all the work they do. Our electricians are all Registered Electrical Contractors (RECs) and our plumbers are RGI Certified.
